ACCOMMODATIONS
63 guest rooms on 6 different levels.
Every guest can enjoy floor to ceiling windows that open to take
in Victoria’s sweet sea air. Relax in a lush terry bathrobe
on custom designed traditional furniture. Retire for the night in
a two poster bed, dressed in duvets and feather pillows that, of
course, has already been turned down. All room types have a king,
a queen or two single beds and diamond level rooms have a gas fireplace.
MEETINGS
The Magnolia's distinctive
decor helps make meetings and receptions both effective and enjoyable.
Our largest meeting room, which is 500 square feet, can accommodate
as many as fifty people reception style and 28 people boardroom
style. It offers "state-of-the-art" high-tech multi-media
equipment. In-room features include multi-line speaker phone,
high-speed Internet connections, large automated projector screen,
and built in sound system. The two smaller executive boardrooms
are ideal for breakout facilities or smaller executive meetings.
The seating capacity ranges from 6 - 12.

DIRECTIONS
From the BC Ferries Swartz Bay Terminal
Follow the Pat Bay Highway into downtown, where it will turn into
Blanshard Street. Turn right onto Broughton Street, left on Gordon
Street and then left onto Courtney Street.
From the Victoria International Airport
Follow Willingdon and Canora Roads out of the Airport to McTavish
Road where you will turn left. Turn right onto the Pat Bay Highway
and follow to downtown, where it will turn into Blanshard Street.
Turn right onto Broughton Street, left on Gordon Street and then
left onto Courtney Street.
From Harbour Air, West Coast Air and Kenmore Air Seaplane
Terminals
Walk up to Wharf Street which is above the terminals. Cross at the
pedestrian cross walk which leads to the corner of Courtney Street,
follow until you get to the hotel which is two blocks away.
From the Coho - Blackball transport Ferry from Port Angeles,
WA
Turn left onto Belleville Street, left at Government Street, and
right at Courtney Street.
