Conveniently located in downtown Fort McMurray, the Nomad Hotel and the Nomad Suites operate as one, providing guests with double the amenities.

Guests can dine at Delaney’s Irish Pub, Coco Jo Coffee House for a one of a kind coffee, and The Keg Steakhouse and Bar all located right beside our main lobby.

The Nomad Hotel offers two executive boardrooms that can accommodate up to 20 people; banquet facilities available.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The Nomad Hotel includes 136 comfortable rooms which include three Jacuzzi Suites and one Honeymoon Suite. Every room has complimentary hi-speed internet. The Nomad Suites features 27 suites which have 1,184 sq. ft. of floor space. All suites include a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a gas fireplace, an office working area, and at least one hi-speed internet port.

EVENTS

Summertime Events in Fort McMurray include the InterPLAY Festival is dedicated to promoting and celebrating visual, culinary and performing arts in Fort McMurry. Activities and attractions include improv, live music, children's theatre and more. Also, Visitors can enjoy the Labour Day Weekend at Fort McMurray's Blueberry Festival, which celebrates the blueberry harvest season.

ATTRACTIONS

Local activities and attractions include: MacDonald Island Park Recreation, Borealis Park offering skating, boating, biking, and trails, Oil Sands Site Tours, Oil Sands Discovery Centre, and Northern Lights Tours. Golfers can enjoy any one of the three 18-hole courses in the area.

From Fort McMurray Airport: Head West toward Route 69. Turn right onto Route 69. Turn right onto Route 63N/Sakitawaw Trail. Turn right onto Morrison St. Go one block, turn right onto MacDonald Ave, go south one block.
